What an incredible company, fantastic staff and superb workmanship. My car had to go in for repair. When I dropped car off everyone was super friendly and helpful. Because parts came from Europe , the car was in longer than expected, during that time the MOT ran out , I also went on holiday and needed my car for work on return, BRC agreed to take the car to my MOT garage and then returned it to my home. Service above and beyond, words cannot praise them enough. Thank You to all the team.

I have just had my vehicle repaired at the Welwyn branch of Brian Robsons and I am extremely pleased with the service I received and the excellent workmanship that was carried out to my car, it looks like a brand new car, it is immaculate inside and out. Ian and Eddie were the very helpful drivers that collected and dropped off my car, they went through all the paperwork with me so I knew what was happening and the workshop manager Kevin kept me informed during the repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I was not aware that I could pick a body shop to repair my car and

We took our car in for minor body repairs and were offered a courtesy car, which we didnt expect but which was welcome. However, on return we were charged 300 for scuffs to the wheel rims, which of course, we couldnt prove we didnt do. We were told we were unlucky that the courtesy car was virtually new because the scuff marks are more visible, which undermines the firms claim that they would be refurbishing the wheels as a matter of course. Not sure if this is sharp practice, a scam or something else, but whatever it is protect yourself by making your own video/photo record

Discussed with their admin skills after my car was involved in an accident in Manchester and was recovered there. Took a while to come back to me with the verdict so I was always calling them. Had a courtesy car from them and someone hit the car and they had the cheek to pin the damage on me avoid this place!!!!. Worst bodyshop in Hertfordshire

This job of a bit of bodywork has taken four months to complete. Not only that delivery on completion is in a vague five hour slot. Although the company may have been in business for a number of years, the current management needs a good shake up. . Your service is not good enough !!!!
