Thermal Zinc spray is used as an alternative to galvanising, offering metal extreme durability to withstand extreme weather conditions. This is applied after the product has been shot-blasted and before the powder coating takes place. With this process, a guarantee can usually be applied. Powder coating is very durable - it is more durable than a wet spray and normal paint.
