These guys are great! Free delivery to ROI when you spend a certain amount and always really fast delivery. There was a mistake with my order this time (which has never happened in the years ordering) and they corrected it immediately. Really lovely people to speak to on the phone to! Great job. I have been getting this food for years my little shih tzu had extremely bad skin and i had used all meds the vets could offer to no avail I came across Robbies by accident and after a phone call to the most pleasant gentleman i purchased Robbies Salmon n potato and her skin complaint cleared She has since passed after 16yrs and now my new dog is eating the same food Couldn't recommend it enough and a previous review wrote.of not being able to contact the.company I have never had a problem in all the years 5 ***** from.me

I had made a purchase from this company it seemed straight forward, When i tried to make a second purchase i needed to make contact with them first , They did not reply to emails , Nothing , Zero , Zilch ! A phone number supplied is out of service , I don't like time wasters so its a thumbs down for Land of Holistic pets .
