I had my Bernina serviced there, mega expensive. Husband collected my machine and they had disposed of my genuine Bernina bobbin that came with my machine and charged me for a replacement!

This place has turned two of my students over . they gave them a perfectly good machine for a service and they claimed there were faults when there were not. dont use them

Visited this shop for the first time today and had the most unpleasant experience, customer service is inexistant and I understand why they are closing down. Some people should not be put face to face with the customer. Absolutely appalling.
