Excellent customer service from Mhairi today. My gold bracelet was thoroughly cleaned, having been worn constantly for 17 years. Gleaming like new for a very reasonable price! My diamond ring, with huge sentimental value, was thoroughly cleaned an looks incredible too.

Mhairi inspected the ring and advised that, due to its age, the claws would benefit from being extended to secure the stones and was extremely helpful and professional in arranging this service.I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing advice on their jewellery. This document allows the customer to enjoy a lifetime of complimentary care, including free ring sizing, cleaning, claw re-tipping, and where applicable rhodium plating. We offer a twice-weekly jewellery repair service despatching every Mon & Wed. Most jewellery repair work is completed within 72 hours of sending and we offer everything from chain & bracelet repair to claw re-tipping and platinum sizing by laser.

In September every year we are involved with Supercar Kidz which involves taking children from Ward 29 at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for a day at a privately owned racetrack.
