We will quote you a price when we carry out your lawn analysis and this price will be what we charge for each of the standard type of treatments ie weed control and feeding combined or moss control and feeding combined (a lawn will not normally require 4 of these in a year). There will be costs for any additional services required such as scarification, aeration, pest control etc.
Feeding Your Lawn

When you hand your lawn care to us we will ensure your lawn receives the best available treatments at the right time for your lawn. We have a huge range of products including liquid fertilizers so that we can continue supplying your lawn with the nutrients it needs even if the conditions are too dry for a granular feed.
Pest Control & Management
Report
These are the grubs of the common crane-fly or "daddy long-legs". These are one of the most common lawn pests in British lawns. They grow up to 5 cm long, live just below the surface and feed mainly on the grass roots. Most damage will be in the spring but they can develop in late autumn. There is also secondary damage quite often from birds pecking at the surface to get the grubs.

A weed is basically any plant growing in a place where it is not wanted. Weeds will battle with your grass for light, nutrients and water so they must be removed. The way Expert Lawns tackle this is to establish the type of weed and then apply the correct herbicide. We use selective herbicides and the two main categories are Systemic & Contact.
Moss Control & Management
Report
We Most lawns will have moss at some time. At Expert Lawns we concentrate on resolving as many of the above points as we can and towards the end of each growing season, will apply a special moss treatment. After application, you will need to stay off the lawn and keep dogs off for the rest of the day (until the applied solution has dried) as it stains.
