Our Lowest Price Promise means every time you book directly with us you will always get the very lowest price available. VAT is currently charged at 5% for the first 28 nights of your stay it then reduces to 1% providing there has been no break in occupancy. We can negotiate rates for Corporate Accounts and offer dedicated Account Management services to deliver a tailor made offering to best meet your business needs.

As with everything we do, our payment options have been designed to maximise flexibility and convenience for our guests. We don't take deposits on corporate housing bookings, although we do hold card details in case of future losses or damages, and deposits may occasionally be taken for leisure bookings or longer stays.
