Rang Sunday morning and Steve managed to book us in for Monday afternoon. He was very polite and professional. He came Monday and did a professional job and reassured my wife. Whatever he has sprayed has killed the booklice and it seems to be working for now. He has also offered an aftercare service and said we should ring if we have anymore questions to concerns. What a fantastic service!! I phoned Steve about a wasps nest in my wall he was able to fit me in and come out the same afternoon to deal with the problem quickly and effectively.
