Nicholls Law has three core teams that are ready to help you with your personal or business matters. The Litigation & Dispute Resolution team is headed up by the principal solicitor, Paul Nicholls. The Wills, Trusts & Probate and Elder Client, Estate & Asset Protection teams are both managed by the head of practice, Julia Nicholls.

Nicholls Law are specialist dispute resolution solicitors and can help you to resolve a wide range of disputes. We have many years' experience acting for clients against all types of opponents. Whilst the majority of opponents act sensibly, some can be very awkward and aggressive - often their aim is to cause you as much harm and costs as possible.

Where are your local solicitors based? Nicholls Law now has two offices. The head office will continue to operate out of the Southend office address however, we have now expanded and have taken on a new office in Billericay for our Elder Client Estate and Asset Protection unit. Top tip: We are on the fourth floor of the Gateway Building which is part of the University of Essex building.
