The bookings involved collection from Colindale- going to Edgware and in the afternoon to do the return journey. We used this company because their service rating seemed reasonable, as did their prices. Hence, we booked them for the morning trip and afternoon return 2 days a week for 2 weeks. Almost every pick-up and drop-off was for the wrong addresses! Even after, several phone calls and online support chats to clarify the booking details-they still GOT IT WRONG. This became an extremely stressful time -as we were constantly worrying if the passenger had got to the location and where the drivers

I normally use the Heathrow Express but it was pouring and I was running late so called around to a few taxi companies who were not too helpful. This one was the only helpful one and had a taxi available for a reasonable price at the last minute to Heathrow. Arrived timely, in fact early. Clean car, safe driving, C-19 safe and the driver was friendly. No complaints.
