You can also make arrangements to care for dependents that have physical or mental disabilities and protect them and your assets from third party claims. If you own a business, we can help you make a specific Business Will which states who will run and deal with your business affairs after your death.

Document storage

J M Wills and Legal Services offer a secure, safe and fireproof storage facility where we can store any documents we prepare for you. We can also look after other documents you want kept safe eg Property Deeds for a small annual fee. If we prepared and store your will and you want to make changes, we will be happy to do this for a small administration fee.

Lasting power of attorney

Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to give authority to the people you trust to deal with your financial affairs and health decisions should you be unable to make these decisions yourself. They are legally recognised documents that help your loved ones deal with anything that you would normally deal with on a day to day basis.
