We are delighted that Little Lutterburn has been announced as Best Extension in the The Daily Telegraph Homebuilding & Renovating Awards 2020! As well as being a chartered architect, Tim Offer is also a certified Passivhaus designer. Passivhaus, or passive house, is a simple concept designed to minimise energy use while providing a really comfortable indoor environment.
