When sending your phone, use a padded envelope to help prevent further damage to your phone. Try to protect the phone using bubble wrap or place the phone in a box with scrunched up newspaper. If you would like to benefit from Royal Mail postal insurance, please select Special Delivery, as mobile phones are not insured with 1st class recorded post.
