About Ben

After Ben sustained a back injury in the early 90s, he found it difficult to move forward with his life as the injury kept holding him back in terms of his training and quality of life. The injury would often return with no real explanation why and impact his ability to enjoy even the simple things in life such as socialising with friends.
About Meyrem

Meyrem's passion has always been within the healthcare profession and she has previously volunteered within the NHS in a non osteopathic capacity before she found her true calling. She is a fully qualified and registered osteopath recognised by most private healthcare companies including AXA/PPP, Aviva, Pru-Health and WPA.
Low Level Laser

LLLT or Photobiomodulation as its known in medical terms, reduces pain and inflammation and promotes the healing and repair of damaged tissue. The effects are photochemical and therefore. LLLT stimulates the mitochondria in your cells to produce more cellular energy and therefore repair more quickly.
What to expect

On the initial consultation your osteopath will establish the cause of the problem and determine the appropriate course of treatment. If a referral needs to be made or further investigations, such as X-Rays or Blood Tests, your osteopath will discuss this with you and advise you appropriately. The initial consultation involves the taking of your medical history and a history of your presenting complaint.
