Established in 2015 within a historic Grade II listed mill, The Silk Mill Recording Studios combines heritage with cutting-edge technology to deliver premium audio solutions. Our facility houses two world-class studios: Studio 1 features a Neve VR36 console, ATC monitoring, and an extensive collection of vintage outboard gear, while Studio 2 centres around an SSL 4000G+ console for precision mixing. The 55m live room accommodates ensembles of up to 11 musicians, complemented by a dedicated overdub booth. Strategically located in Staffordshire with easy access to major cities, we serve artists across genresfrom rock bands to orchestral ensemblessupported by our parent company Alive Network's industry connections. Our team's technical expertise ensures optimal use of advanced equipment like Prism converters and Pro Tools HDX2 systems.
