I was sold 'puncture proofing that cost about 65 and was led to believe that would save me any hassle with punctures in the future. Fast forward 6 weeks and I have a puncture, only to be told I owe another 45 for a new tube. This is now NOT puncture proof so I basically wasted my money at the start. Maybe you should be clear when selling products and not rip people off for every penny they have. The attitude of this man is horrendous.no customer service what so ever. Since he would not refund etc and nothing can be changed for me, I would just advise anyone to use a different scooter shop.

Buyers beware, Eco Scooters are a rip off, I purchased a second hand scooter from them for 700 ised it 4 times it then broke down, they said it was beyond repair, they gave me 30 scrap value, this is how they treat disabled people so beware, go somewhere else for your mobility , I had to give them 1 star to post this review otherwise they would of got none.

Friendly staff always willing to help. A good selection of new and used scooters there is a area for blue badge holders to park on street but best not to go during peak time as its near town and parking outside is not always possible.
