Gilmore vets offer a friendly and professional service. They are excellent at listening and do not just dismiss concerns raised, as other vets I have been to do. It's difficult to find vets who have good knowledge of greyhounds and received a recommendation to join them. I haven't been disappointed and have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family.

I Always travel to Gilmore because Ive had previous experience elsewhere where we had very poorly animals and I understand its their job but they didn't care at all, about the pain we was going through. At gilmore they give you pets love and attention and even a cheeky treat! They have a great relationship with all animals, they are very helpful explain everything to you as simple as they can, I've even had a follow up call before which was really great.! Good prices and guick to try squeeze you in for appointments!

I have been going to this vets for years, and find they are very helpful and professional.
I have seen numerous vets and have all been helpful, I see Charlotte more regularly and only for her my Staffie probably wouldn't be here anymore. Receptionist always helpful, during the Pandemic staff have been great noone like to leave there dog to go in alone but at least they opened and saw there patients. Yes there may be limited appointments due to short staffing but this is the same everywhere, and they keep appointments for emergencies, I was lucky enough to get one last week
You are doing a fantastic

Took my daughter’s little french bulldog Lucy that had given birth that day.
From the start it was explained to us what was happening, what they would do and the possible outcomes. George looked after us, he was kind to Lucy and to us, he was highly professional and we had every confidence that he would do his very best for Lucy. I cannot praise George and the staff highly enough.
If you are in need of help with your pet, and are looking for one that will treat your animal and yourself with kindness, respect and excel at their profession, this is the one to go to, absolutely.

A small practise based in Standish. There is parking at the rear but usually difficult to get a spot. All the vets are excellent and know what they are doing. All staff very pleasant and friendly. Definetly everyone there are animal lovers. Reasonably priced and 24 hr service avaliable.
