A couple of days ago, one of my Widex hearing aids stopped receiving sound and I could sense, also, it was time to have my ears cleared of wax. I rang for an appointment yesterday first thing, got a cancellation and arrived there on time. In the first minute, I was temperature checked, hand sanitised and Geoff Bryce took my hearing aids to check them. Chris Bryce meanwhile tackled my waxy ears. Less than 15 minutes later, my hearing aids had been fixed/checked over and my ears cleared of wax. Since I've had these hearing aids, which were supplied by this company, I've been back a few times to

Great service received here a few weeks ago. Ear was extremely blocked and they were so good managing to get me an appointment on the morning I phoned. Very professional, friendly service with very good prices.
