Samantha is passionate about the sport and loves seeing people achieve their goals. She is fully qualified in all disciplines and has been competing internationally for 20 years and has no intentions to stop any time soon.

We ask all swimmers to join NOWCA at 12.50 for the year - this is the method we use to sign swimmers in and out the water and the band also carries all your medical information. As well as you can use this to record swims etc. It can be used at any NOWCA site not just 4 Lakes. Please remember to select your venue during registration to be able to collect your band from us.
