With standard A3 and oversized printing capabilities up to 46cm x 64cm, we handle detailed designs and distressed effects for uniforms, charity events, and promotional campaigns nationwide.
Direct to Garment
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing offers high-quality, low-minimum orders with unlimited colour options. This digital technique eliminates setup costs, making it ideal for one-off prints and small batches. Our equipment handles print sizes up to 50cm x 70cm, accurately reproducing complex gradients and photographic images on various garment types while maintaining vibrant detail.
Contract Embroidery
Our contract embroidery service supports clothing brands and promotional companies with unbranded production. We handle logo embroidery and name drops on supplied garments, offering plain-label tracked delivery direct to clients. With flexible order sizes and standard 10-day turnaround, our state-of-the-art Barudan machines ensure consistent quality for businesses of all scales across the UK.
Vinyl and Transfer

We recently worked with Cardiff Embroidery to order 100 embroidered leavers' hoodies in various colours, sizes and text for our primary school. The price we were quoted was really reasonable, especially as the hoodie quality was very good, and the embroidery/print work was of a very high standard.
However, the best part of working with Cardiff Embroidery was the customer service. We honestly could not have had faster or more amiable help from Liam, Paula and Anthony - they were so lovely and professional, and the final order had not one fault in it, despite a few changed orders along the way!
