We provide a one-to-one service only. We do not believe in the use of cages or cabinet dryers for your little one. Your dog is free to roam within the salon and play in our garden area as it feels comfortable. Don't panic, it is dog proofed! We do not condone a conveyor belt system of booking appointments as your dog is as individual as you are and should be treated with that respect.
This system has proved to be beneficial as it creates a less stressful environment and the dogs seem happier and willing to always come back. Some dogs can be frightened of the grooming table and its surroundings due to an association with a visit to the vets. We will always carry out what is of the best welfare for your dog - even if it is not to the owners expectations although the owner would be made aware prior to any actions taking place.

No matter how hard we try there is always the risk that your dog could contract fleas. However if you arrive at the salon and your dog has fleas you will be turned away. If it is identified that your dog has fleas during the groom.
Although they will be de-flead and treated accordingly with the correct shampoo you will be asked to remove the dog immediately after and you will be charged not only for the groom but also the cost of cancelling the next client(s) appointment as the salon would require a thorough deep-clean and sterilisation.Please ensure we never have to have this awkward situation and check your dogs thoroughly prior to attendance.

Every dog is health checked and we are very upfront and honest with all clients. We will inform them of anything untoward should we identify it. We have access to vets and are members of the Pet Industry Federation that cover the British Dog Grooming Association so that your dog has advice / consultations from the best sources possible if needed.
