I had used Bespoke Lofts in the past for another loft conversion; I was delighted with the previous work so it seemed natural to choose them again to create an office in my home. A Rear Dormer is the most common type of loft conversion and will create maximum floor space and height. Bespoke Lofts Ltd will tailor the design to suit your particular needs and wishes. It is often possible to construct a rear dormer without need for planning permission. A Hip-to-Gable conversion will involve changing the sloping side of your property.
