This company are a chain and so personal service is out the window. As a patient you are a number. I visited one of their dentists in Kent. Absolutely shocking treatment from the hygienist. Complaining to the practice manager was no better. If you value for dental health, sanity and well being...avoid!

Absolutely awful dentists (Wolverhampton Branch); they are rude, dismissive and really couldn't care less whether you are in pain or not. Complain and no one can even be bothered to contact you. Avoid, there must be better dentists!

The Wolverhampton practice still has patients waiting outside in the cold and they never run appointments on time. I’m currently waiting 15mins over my appointment time and still waiting to be seen.

This is the 3rd time they cancel on me. Really bad management. I lost 3 days of work because of this guys and all they say is "we appologise". Do not trust this dental practice.

I've been told not to take out rotten teeth out which I asked her to do and she flat out refused to extract them so I took them out myself!! I've been trying to get dentures on top and bottom. I went to get my top dentures and I had appointment after appointment and someone lost them and after waiting 20 mins they decided to let me know. I've had my moulding done twice and eventually I got them and they won't stick on my palate so they are useless!
