Services
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services utilise 28 high-speed centres and Creo/Pro Engineer software to produce complex components up to 2000mm x 1500mm x 600mm. We handle small batches to large-scale production, including horizontal and vertical machining. Our capabilities include prototype development, 4-axis machining, and rapid response programming for tight deadlines.
Precision Sand Casting
We produce high-integrity sand castings using resin-based sand for dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish. Our foundry features Nova Flow simulation software, ISS moulding lines, and Foseco degassing units. This process supports complex geometries and volumes from prototypes to ongoing production, with strict quality control through spectrometric analysis and leak testing.
Low Pressure Casting
Our low-pressure die casting employs a Plum JNR Economatic machine with dedicated melt furnaces to create aluminium components. This method ensures consistent quality for medium to high-volume production, combining automated processes with rigorous testing to meet aerospace and automotive industry standards.
Project Management
We offer dedicated project management for complex manufacturing, providing milestone updates and single-point contact for clients. Our approach covers design feasibility, tooling production, and assembly, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery for industries requiring precision-engineered components.
Reverse Engineering
Using Faro Blue Light laser scanners, we reverse-engineer components into 3D models and engineering drawings. This service supports modern manufacturing of legacy parts, combining technical expertise with software like Delcam Powershape to recreate complex geometries with high accuracy.
