Visited the Norfolk deli cafe today for a Brancaster, my favourite sandwich, and was distressed to learn it was unavailable due to lack of ingredients. Nevermind because on the plus side I chose, for the first time, a You're Gorgeous instead which was ...gorgeous. Is this the best place in town for a sandwich? Probably.

Superb place! Our first port of call after the driver over for coffee and cake The Vegan Ego is fantastic. Lovely cup of tea as well

I found a spider in my sandwich, I have no evidence as I was more focused on disposing of it at the time, funnily enough. It was from the deli in Hunstanton and the sandwich I got was the New Yorker ; I cut the sandwich in half before eating and the spider was dead and peaking out of the pastrami, if I had not cut the sandwich I would have probably never found it and would have unknowingly eaten it, absolutely rank.

Great deli, the helpful lady suggested some fabulous cheese, great selection of cold cuts and fish pate... among other things. Would've given it the full 5 had it not been for the prices. But you know what; the Bigod & Walsingham are worth every penny.
