Natureshealthandbeauty have been supplying Homeopathic remedies for over 10 years. All our remedies are manufactured by Ainsworths UK, and are all prepared and sold under the supervision of a UK qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist Practitioner.

Homeopathic remedies are often used as self-help for simple conditions, however for more serious complaints, or for young children under 2 or other similar situations, a professional homeopath or your doctor must be consulted before using homeopathic medicines.Due to current UK regulations we are unable to give full therapeutic uses or general suggestions for these remedies but many books are available on the subject.

Herbal tinctures are a liquid preparation made by soaking the herb for several weeks in a blend of alcohol and water. The alcohol is able to extract chemicals from the plant material that water alone cannot; it also acts as a preservative, giving a long shelf life. All our tinctures are manufactured by Phyto Pharmaceuticals Ltd, and comply with the stringent standards of European Pharmacopoeia and British Herbal Pharmacopoeia.

Ainsworths Bach flower remedies which are prepared and made in accordance with the clearly presented methods of Dr. Bach who made it very clear and, indeed, stated emphatically that the flower remedies were not homeopathic preparations. All Ainsworths essences are preserved only in brandy, at a 1:240 dilution of flower essence, closely following his original instructions.
