Services
Hearing Tests
Comprehensive home visit hearing assessments using advanced diagnostic equipment. Our audiologists conduct detailed case histories, ear health checks, and audiometric testing in clients' preferred environments. Appointments last 1.5-2.5 hours with no obligation to proceed. We identify hearing loss grades and recommend appropriate interventions while maintaining strict clinical protocols. Our process includes ambient noise testing to ensure accurate results in domestic settings.
Hearing Aids
Supply and fitting of premium digital hearing aids from leading manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, and Starkey. We offer discreet in-the-ear models, rechargeable options, and CROS systems for single-sided deafness. Packages include device warranties, follow-up programming, and aftercare. Our independent status allows unbiased recommendations based on individual needs rather than brand restrictions. All fittings include real ear measurement verification for optimal performance.
Real Ear Measurement
Advanced calibration technique ensuring precise hearing aid programming to individual ear acoustics. This objective measurement method confirms sound levels match prescription targets, improving speech clarity and listening comfort. As one of few providers offering home REM services, we guarantee technical accuracy comparable to audiology clinics while maintaining the convenience of domiciliary care.
Home Visits
Full-service audiological care delivered directly to clients' residences. Our mobile service benefits elderly, disabled, or mobility-impaired individuals by eliminating clinic travel requirements. We conduct comprehensive evaluations, device fittings, and aftercare appointments in familiar environments, enhancing client comfort and assessment accuracy. Service covers Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, and surrounding rural areas.
Aftercare
Ongoing maintenance and adjustment services ensuring long-term hearing solution effectiveness. Includes regular reprogramming, device cleaning, and performance monitoring. We recommend bi-annual reviews to track hearing changes and maintain optimal device functionality. Our aftercare packages cover battery replacements, wax management referrals, and emergency troubleshooting, with follow-up visits included in all hearing aid purchases.

From the moment I first contacted Key to Hearing, I was impressed with Keeleys' friendly and professional approach to my hearing problem. After a thorough examination and diagnosis Keeley took time to explain the extent of my hearing loss and the various options open to me. At all times Keeley was caring, understanding and confidently answered any queries that I raised. I was offered a range of aids at various prices with Keeley explaining the pros and cons of each type
Following the initial fitting , two follow up appointments were arranged so that Keeley could answer any queries, check my aids

A great find for my 90 year old mother and the whole family. Great professional friendly help, that was not just motivated by
trying to sell us hearing devices immediately. But to get to the source of the problems and then leave us with the confidence to know they are there
as we will need them in the future. They are well connected with other hearing services professionals, which helped us enormously
We cannot recommend highly enough the service from Will and Keely.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband Tony and would like to thank Keeley for all her help last year when she visited our home. Her compassion, understanding and Professional care was outstanding. She has improved my husbands life so much as he is now able to join in with conversations without getting anxious. He was provided with an excellent care package which included instructions and necessary items to enable him to maintain his aid when needed. Keeley also provides follow up care just to ensure that everything is ok and is still looking after my husband very well. We would highly

My hearing was damaged at work and I had put off getting a hearing aid for years to deal specifically with high tone deafness.
Having been to a couple of Hearing Aid shops on the high street and been put off by their prices and pressure sales techniques I found Key to Hearing.
Keely is very professional and put the interests of the client first. I cannot speak highly enough of her attention to detail in a very thorough assesment and ensuring that you get the right aid for you. To cap it all she was considerably cheaper than the same product on the High Street. My advice is to give Key to Hearing
