This is worse logistic company in my trading experience.
-Firstly, they are lying;
-Secondly, they missed delivery 3 times within 4 days. How? I will tell you how, - they are lazy to do anything; for them to mark failed delivery is the best option with none reason why. Then u need spend lot of time, been stressed because u cant finish your work on time which delay other clients and your pocket also! Be ready to spend your money by collecting your goods yourself, other ways you may wait ages!

If I could give zero stars then I would. Worst logistics company I have ever had to deal with. Zero communication to their clients when issues happen, and no real explanations as to why the issues occured. Deliveries not completed on several occasions!! Not good enough.

'Did exactly what it said on the tin'. Ketra collected on time and delivered on time. Great Customer service. They even provided me with a 2 hour delivery window. Definitely recommend
