Wonderful service from this company from Emily and Dimitri. Dimitri serviced our wood burning stove and put a new cowl on the chimney. It is now much easier to light a fire. Efficient friendly service.

I approached Maidenhead Fireplace Centre to replace two hearths that had been very poorly fitted by a company in Windsor. I found all the staff were polite and helpful and the service was quick and very professional. I am very happy with my new hearths and would 100% recommend the team

I totally recommend these guys, we had a log burner and fireplace installed in a new build, they were brilliant from start to finish. They worked very hard to accommodate my timescale, the price was good and I could not fault their work (I am very fussy too!). I am absolutely thrilled with the result, they deserve to be busy as they take great pride in their work which is so lovely to see.

We recently bought a Chesney log burner and a Chesney gas fire from Maidenhead Fireplace. We visited the showroom and had an excellent demonstration of the fires, and received some really good advice. After a home visit, the installation was well planned, quick and efficient. The whole team were extremely helpful and polite, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The fires looks great!

We went into the showroom in Maidenhead and were immediately welcomed and given excellent advice enabling us to choose the correct fire place for our living room. The survey was completed quickly within 5 days and our order placed. We were offered an installation date within 6 weeks (during covid so we were delighted with the timings). Installation day arrived and the fitters were on time, extremely clean, quick and tidy. The whole experience was easy, everyone I dealt with were warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. We are delighted with our fireplace - its everything we wanted, installed
