Hired a van for 24 hours with County, all went smoothly & the guys there were very helpful. First time driving a van & they recommended a Mercedes Vito Auto, was a dream to drive, clean & well maintained. No unexpected charges, pretty cheap for 24 hours!

Charged for an extra day for know reason at all? Refuse to refund.
Debra area manager was absolutely no help, no reply for a week?
Charged 50 ex vat for a scrape on it inside of a side loader which was absolutely scratched to death, which I found extremely annoying. I have upload I photo/ video on Google. I was convinced by Debra as she was nice and polite on the phone to take the rental and turns out it's just an other company trying to squeeze any penny they can from local small businesses.
