Always very helpful and efficient. Front line reception are always pleasant and helpful without being too intrusive even when I needed a emergency list of meds emailed..it arrived in minutes. Dr's are fab considering the current restrictions and telephone appointments given. Thank god for our NHS.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Arshad. He has a pleasant manner and was very helpful, diagnosing and prescribing quickly. The telephone consultation with the ability to upload photos was also very convenient.

I haven't done this before. But I did want to take the opportunity and thank you kind and welcoming reception team and nurse Miss Ester today. I brought in my two children for their vaccination and even though it was evident she already had a difficult and rather drama filled day she was extremely patient and kind towards me and my children. Thank you Miss Ester.
