Do you offer CCTV installation services outside London and the South East?
While our primary coverage area includes London, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Kent, we can arrange installations in other UK regions upon request.
Can I view my CCTV system remotely?
All systems include free remote viewing via smartphone or tablet apps with no monthly fees for cloud access.
Do you install customer-purchased equipment?
We only install Hikvision and Ajax systems purchased through us to ensure quality standards and warranty coverage.
What broadband speed do I need for HD streaming?
A minimum 2mb connection is recommended for HD streaming or multiple camera viewing.
Are your installers DBS checked?
All our engineers undergo enhanced DBS checks and carry identification during site visits.
Do you provide maintenance contracts?
Annual servicing plans are available with one preventative visit per year and priority support for system issues.

This company recently installed CCTV and an alarm system at our home. They did an extremely professional job, fitted everything very neatly and spent time fully explaining the whole system to use, so we knew how it worked. Ahmet was a really lovely professional guy and the company did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the whole system that has now been installed.

We had a HIK vision system installed by another contractor. Ahmet visited, correctly configured the cameras and recorders (there was a lot not set up correctly), downloaded software updates and installed VS player and ivms software on our computer (rather than using an old version of explorer) . Picture quality is much improved and we can now find incidents more easily. Ahmet is very quick, knows the software very well - would use again and recommend.
