Made the mistake of thinking this award winning salon would be amazing - turns out to be the worst hairdressers Ive been. Have heard so many other peoples horror stories since. Terrible experience - colour wasnt what I asked for, cut was uneven, charged a fortune and ended up being charged for a product that was supposed to be free. They did sort it however, prior to this the management team tried to blame the issues on me saying they didnt think I had a budget and that I was 5 mins late Barry seems really good though and is the only senior one who knows how to work in customer

I had my makeup done here before a night out and not only were the staff super friendly, asking if I wanted anything to make my experience more enjoyable but the quality of the service I recieved was incredible. The quality was amazing for the price point and left after having such an enjoyable wonderful experience.

My little daughter's hair is ruined unfortunately. She wanted a short Pixie but she got very choppy, horrible cut and the service isn't cheap.very disappointed. Not coming back.

We booked our 10 year old in with Alex for a restyle and cannot recommend her enough. She was amazing with our daughter and treated her like a superstar and the cut is stunning. It has given our daughter so much confidence and she can't wait to see Alex again.
