Over 60 years ago my father established this opticians as Morris King's in my Grandmother's front room just around the corner. In 1957 my father moved to these premises where we have practised optometry with an excellent 'patient first' philosophy ever since. An Eye Test or Eye Examination is a series of tests which allow an optometrist or optician to look at your eyes and examine how well they are functioning and whether you need any sight aids such as spectacles (eye glasses) and to look at the general health of your eyes.
Whilst we have a core set of tests that we perform, each sight test will be tailored to your individual needs, and your optician will use varying tests and equipment to make sure they have the fullest picture of your optical health.
