The company was launched in 2008 by Chris Dyer, who had a background in installing water treatment equipment for a local company. Taking great pride in a reputation for quality installations and personal service, Chris carries out the survey and installations himself, ensuring continuity from start to finish.

At Sapphire Water Softeners, we specialise in the installation of water treatment products both to stop the problems caused by limescale and to provide fresh-tasting drinking water for homes and offices. Installing a new water softener takes around 4 hours on average depending on the location of your mains water stop tap.

As a general rule we ask that you order more salt when you load your last pack into the softener and that way we have a couple of weeks to deliver before you run out. Once ordered we aim to deliver within a week to ten days but if you do run out completely please give us a call because we may be able to get it to you sooner on request.
