The room rates are inclusive of VAT and are quoted per room inclusive of full Scottish breakfast. Children sleeping with parents under 12 years are free, cots are 15 pounds per night. Extra folding beds for teenage children are inclusive of either adult or child menu per their preference and the rate is 60 pounds per person per night.

We aim to provide full taste foods which means "fresh, natural and nutritious". As far as practicable, we source all our food from local organic/traditional farmers and seek line caught local fish. All eggs are local/free range organic. Our meats are from Galloway free roaming grass fed animals. We can arrange special Gift Vouchers with your requested text to suit any special occasion. They do not have an expiry date and come in 25, 50, 100 or above denominations and may be used for any hotel service. At your request they can be restricted to specified users or be openly transferable. If lost, by sighting your drivers licence, we can cancel the lost voucher and replace it at no charge.
