Honest and professional - We only take on cases that we consider to have a decent chance of success. If your case has no merit, we will always tell you. Chris has been practicing immigration law since 2000 and spent his first six years working for a large London-based private immigration firm where he headed up their Skilled Migration Department.

In most cases however, you can ask for an Administrative Review, if you feel that the Home Office caseworker has made a mistake in assessing your application or 'erred in law'. MediVisas can help. In the first instance we will need to see a copy of the original refusal letter so that we can ascertain the best course of action.

You can request a Consultation by telephone, online or in person. Consultations typically take around 30 minutes depending upon the complexity of your case. If you are currently resident outside the UK, we can only offer you an online consultation. If you wish to make the application yourself, but need it to be checked over by one of our experts before submittal, then this is the service for you.
Employment Visas

This scheme is aimed at skilled workers from outside the European Economic Area who have a full time job offer from a UK employer. In order for an employer to be able to employ non-UK nationals, they will firstly need to apply for a Sponsorship License and add their company name to the UK Border Agency official Register of Sponsors.
