Travel is a huge passion of ours and we firmly believe that adventure is out there for all to experience. Yours truly was diagnosed with a serious case of Wanderlust many moons ago, for those who are unaware of this condition, it is a wish to travel far away and to many different places and there is no cure.

Named after Dolly Day Dreamer (yours truly), one of our favourite walks in the lakes Dollywagon Pike, and - wait for it - Dolly Parton, have you seen the red spoilers! In Starlight blue she really is an all singing, all dancing head turner. Dixie sports a rare Kurkuma Yellow the younger of our vans is 'The Show Girl'.

If you have a small budget then people swear by 'Brit Stops'. This is a collection of farms, pubs, breweries and other businesses, which allow campervans to park for free overnight on their land; in return you buy their products. It is also worth popping you head in to a local business, smiling and asking if it is possible to pay for parking and spend you holiday pennies with them and support local businesses.

Thank you to Lakes Escape Campers for letting us take Dixie out on her first trip to Scotland.
