Purchased an Echo strimmer & long reach hedge cutter, a couple of years back, never had any problems with the products, other than the usual maintenance & servicing, which I get done through JT & the Team. Also get my mowers serviced here too. Very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and reliable staff. Always get the job done properly in a timely and efficient manner. Well done lads. After 4 conversations about getting my mower picked up and repaired they decided to diagnose the fault without even looking it and told me to go elsewhere. unbelievable. it would be zero stars but you cant select that.
