Very nice dog friendly good breakfast we had a double room very nice I'm over6 feet tall .the bed was too short

Simple hassle free stay. The people running the place are pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful, very good service.
Check-in and out are quick. The room is clean, basic but comfortable. Car parking behind the B&B is free. It is literally a couple of minutes' walk from the High Street. Don't think there is any lifts, so it may not be convenient for the elderly or disabled.
Google direction is wrong, should turn into Queen's Parade not Welland Road.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, rooms were a little bit dated but bed was comfy. We had an issue with one of the rooms that hadnt been cleaned resulting in us having to share a room but reception sorted it out and gave us a refund without an issue next day.

The staff were very nice and good breakfast, also great having a free car park and near the centre of the village. But the rooms are very very tired and single glazed, traffic is non stop even through the night so impossible to sleep. When lorries drive past the whole place vibrates.

Rooms clean, food was lovely, decor was dated and could do with a lift, stairs were very steep so anybody with impaired mobility should ask if there are accessible rooms, our room was a double it had plenty of space for a king bed which would have been more comfortable, a fan was provided which was a blessing, would stay again if we could have a king room, no real issues otherwise than personal choice for us

5 stars all day long for this place. The people who run and work here could not be more friendly, each and everyone was so lovely, and best of all they made Betsy the dog really welcome (they even cooked her sausages for breakfast). The room was clean and tidy and the eating and reception area modern and well maintained. The cooked breakfast was really nice (if I had to think of a negative- tinned mushrooms in the breakfast) but that really is the only fault I could find. Highly recommended. Thank you
