This has ensured that our patients have seen a familiar face throughout each family generation. Indeed, Principal Dentist Rachael was present in 1986 as Mr. H. Peter Griffiths' work-experience student! Rachael graduated from The University of Wales School of Dentistry in 2004 as a mature student.
Prior to this she had a Post Doctorate career in Drug Biochemistry for the University of Wales and was Study Director for Bio-Dynamics Research working across the globe.After qualifying, Rachael worked as a VT for a year in Merthyr Tydfil and then as an associate in a Cardiff practice for 2 &1/2 years.

If we have not delivered the service that you expect from us, we would like the opportunity to put things right. At Devon Place Dental Practice we operate 2 procedures for this a) NHS patients b) Private patients. Initially, any complaint will be dealt with by Dr Rachael Gill-Randall (The Complaints Manager) and then forwarded to the dentist who carried out the treatment via a 1 to 1 interview.

As a Denplan Excel practice we are able to list our prices to you on either our, Independent (pay as you go) or on our Denplan scales. We firmly believe in a transparent pricing structure (see below) and at the beginning of any treatment plan all costs will be explained and any questions you have our staff will only be to happy to help.

We try to help ease this anxiety by creating a relaxed friendly atmosphere and hope to help you over-come any fears you may have. On your visit to us, we will talk through all your fears and expectations. As a previous sedation dentist, Rachael has many techniques to put you at your ease allowing you to cope with dental treatment.
