Laser Cutting
Our CNC laser cutting services handle materials up to 4m x 2m with precision exceeding 0.1mm. Using fibre and CO2 lasers, we cut stainless steel (40mm), mild steel (25mm), and aluminium (25mm) rapidly. With 24/7 operations and high stock volumes, we ensure competitive rates and quick turnaround times for complex components without tooling requirements.
Tube Cutting
Fibre laser tube cutting achieves 8.5m lengths and 240mm diameters with 0.013mm repeatability. Our LT8.10 machine performs chamfers, weld preps, and complex cuts on round, square, or special-profile tubes. Materials include mild steel (12mm), stainless steel (8mm), and aluminium (8mm), eliminating secondary operations to reduce costs and lead times.
Press Brake
CNC press brakes bend sheet metal up to 4.2m with 220-tonne capacity. Combining laser-cut profiles with eight-axis control ensures high tolerances for stainless steel, aluminium, and copper components. Rapid setup and dedicated engineers enable quick turnaround of precision-formed parts for diverse industrial applications.
Sheet Metal
Sheet metal fabrication covers 4m x 2m sheets up to 25mm thickness. Integrated laser cutting, pressing, welding, and powder coating services streamline production. Stocked materials and 33,000 sq. ft. of space allow fast delivery of custom components, supported by 25+ years of engineering expertise and ISO 9001-certified quality.
Welding/Fabrication
MIG/TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium components. Certified to ISO 9001 and BS EN 1090 standards, we produce precision welds for commercial vehicles, rail, and MOD sectors. Bespoke solutions include large fabrications, supported by in-house finishing services like shot blasting and wet painting.
