I had some chinz curtains cleaned or more precisely destroyed by this company. When I enquired, they said they had never heard of chinz. Although it was clear that they had washed one set of curtains and possibly dry cleaned the other identical set as the glaze had only been removed from one, they insisted that the one set must have been older than the other, which was absurd as they were all made from the same fabric by an expensive firm in the last ten years.

Wow, what a brilliant Laundry....everything is immaculately washed and cleaned and never had sheets and towels, etc., so beautifully done. Especially like 'results', all wrapped in brown paper - no plastics!
Collected and delivered by great smiling young man, Denham, who is always so polite and cheerful - a delight to have around.
Cannot commend this Laundry highly enough and we find friends and neighbours who use it all rave about it too. Absolutely deserves 5 stars, if not more!

Positive experience for 5 years until the manager (Chris) got involved and couldn't manage to send the final bill 430 to the right address or pick up the phone. An absolute train wreck to deal with and even had the nerve to be rude over the phone when trying to pay. Avoid if possible, and if not, try your best not to deal with "management"
