Friendly and efficient staff absolutely made our trip. Building needs a little TLC, but FAR better than most of the hotels on Hastings' seafront. Breakfast incredible value and delicious. Room was comfortable, good size bathroom and room was quiet and just the right temperature. We stayed here over Christmas visiting relatives nearby and the staff could not have done anything more for us. Highly recommended for the price point and location!

Great hotel, super friendly staff and breakfast was great with loads of good veggie and vegan options. We also got room service which was super quick and good value. Would definitely stay again. We stayed in room 108 which had a great sea view
