We conduct tympanometry to evaluate middle ear function and provide immediate wax removal if required. Clients receive a detailed audiogram and demonstration of suitable hearing aids when needed.
Wax Removal
We employ micro-suction technology - the gold standard for ear wax removal. This safe, water-free method uses gentle vacuum extraction to clear blockages during home visits. The procedure includes video otoscopy to visualise the ear canal and eardrum before treatment, ensuring precise and comfortable care for impacted cerumen.
Hearing Aids
We supply discreet, technologically advanced hearing aids with automatic volume control and feedback reduction. Devices connect wirelessly to televisions and phones, with custom fittings using real ear measurement. All instruments include a minimum two-year warranty and come with a 60-day home trial requiring only a 50% deposit.
FREE 60 Day Trial
Our risk-free trial allows clients to test hearing aids at home for eight weeks. We program devices to individual needs using live speech mapping technology. If unsatisfied, clients receive a full refund (minus non-refundable ear mould charges) with no pressure to purchase unsuitable equipment.
Hearing Aid Repairs
We provide on-site repairs for all hearing aid models using specialist tools and replacement parts. Outstanding service and very professional. Shows before and after, some might not want to see it, but hearing is almost 100% better than it was. Very noticeable difference and feels clean too. You might not notice you have earwax, but if you're on nhs and your doctor says you have a major build-up of wax. Seriously consider paying for a professional service with mr Andrew, you won't regret it.

FANTASTIC!! Omg where do i start! First off im 27yr old and came to Andrew after someone at work recommended him as i woken up completely deaf in my left ear from a build up of ASSUMED wax. Went to my GP who basically looked inside, said it was blocked and to use oil drops to clear the build up... Did this for one week and no change at all! Finally i get to Andrew and after inspecting my ears and using his safe vacuum technique rather than dangerously shooting water down my ear he NOTICES A FOREIGN OBJECT. He only goes and pulls out a yellow plastic BB GUN PELLET i got stuck down there playing

I found Mr Friels website through Google after searching for ear wax removal. I had enquiried about an appointment for my son to have ear wax removed. To my surprise I was offered a next day evening appointment, of which was really helpful as my son works till late. On attending, we where made to feel welcome by Mr friels wife and felt totally at ease. It was explained in depth what the exact procedure was for wax removal and what costs would be incurred. The whole process was efficient, professional and painless! And very good value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending
