At The Gift of Oil we pride ourselves on our same day dispatch policy for UK orders (except for Northern Ireland) received before 2pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Orders received after 2pm on a Thursday and any time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Our Sicilian Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the finest Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives which have been grown, handpicked and pressed by The Di Lorenzo family on their magnificent Disisa estate in Northern Sicily. Fresh green and grassy, it's like "Summer in a bottle!" It's a smooth, well balanced oil with a lovely green colour.
Rosemary & Garlic

Our naturally infused rosemary & garlic olive oil is a flavour combination made in heaven! Created by submerging firstly freshly picked rosemary and then after an expertly determined period of time garlic, into premium, estate crafted, extra virgin olive oil which is then left to infuse for several days, bar the occasional stirring.

Our naturally infused Garlic Olive oil is made from only two ingredients; premium extra virgin olive oil, and freshly picked garlic. Our partners, the The Di Lorenzo family in Sicily grow the garlic in their herb gardens alongside 100 year old olive trees, from which they produce their renowned olive oil.
