I am 14 and i service lawnmowers and garden machinery, i buy a lot of parts from kgm and i can't fault them. Helpful advice on tap and fair prices. Any parts issues are always resolved quickly. the groundsman rock oil is the best i've ever used , a bit pricey, but well worth it!!

Poor customer service!
Wanted 50 just to look at my chainsaw to see what was wrong with it and inferred it wasn't worth fixing and was better to buy a new one.
Google/You tube investigation revealed all I needed was 3 new clutch springs for 3 and even showed me how to change them!!
