Whilst repairing a phone we give it a free health check. The health check includes internal cleaning, external cleaning and we also check to see if any updates are needed. Note we do not update the phone in the health check. If the phone does require an update we will let you know and if you decide you would like the update then we will do it for you at half price.

Unfortunatly we can only unlock IPhone 3G and 3S, as for the others you would have contact your network provider to get your phone unlocked. Generally our turn around is 3-5 working days from receiving the handset. In some cases it can take longer, thats if we need to order parts or if we need a llittle more time to find the fault.
