We hold DEFRA's highest 5-star rating, exceeding 1963 model license conditions and 1995 Animal Boarding Regulations. Our facilities undergo regular inspections to maintain these standards.
Can I view the kennels before booking?
Yes, we encourage pre-booking visits during our opening hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm) to familiarise pets and owners with our facilities.
How do you handle medical emergencies?
Our first-aid-certified staff contact owners and vets immediately. While we administer basic treatments, severe cases require immediate veterinary transfer. All pets are insured during their stay.
What grooming packages are available?
We offer three packages: Mini Makeover (bathing/brushing), Puppy Pampering (4-week training programme), and Deluxe (full clipping, de-matting, and ear cleaning).

We used Denford Edge Kennels for our romanian rescue, Dora, and whilst we were worried on how Dora would be with strangers and in this environment, the staff reassured us so much. They were superb with Dora. They had the same members of the team work with her across 3 nights she stayed in order to build a quick, consistent, positive bond. We dropped off a trembling, ex-street dog and picked up our familiar tail-wagging, excitable dog.
Clean, professional, approachable, patient, experienced. We're so glad we picked Denford Edge and their luxury service. Highly recommend.
