Even if you didn't buy your lift from us, we can still carry out annual services and in most cases put you onto one of our maintenance contracts. All safety switches for correct function and ensure they don't stick or activate unnecessarily. Once your lift has been serviced, it may be possible to take out a maintenance contract which covers you against any callout charges for the next 12 months.

This can be due to your staircase layout, therefore it's unfair to compare one brand against another unless they're going on the same staircase. Our introductory stairlift rental costs include installation, removal and the price of your first month of stairlift rental. We can adapt our stairlift rental options to suit your requirements, so however long you need stairlift hire, we'll work around you. Once you have decided to go ahead with stairlift hire, you can set up a direct debit beginning from the date of installation, or we can take card payments over the phone.
